Hi, I am Natalia Nightingale-Grey.
For more than thirty years, I've been making a living as a professional writer. During that time, I've had films produced, television series broadcast, plays staged, and I've been fortunate enough to receive awards. You'll find many of those stories here on the website, on the Gallery and Projects pages, and on IMDb.
What you won't find are the setbacks, the projects that never happened, the years of uncertainty, or the difficult decisions that I should have made.
The disappointments, the successes, and everything that comes with navigating this profession have given me an understanding of its practical side that could only come from a career like mine.
I've lived it.
That's why I'd like to be useful to writers who are looking for their own way. I know how this life can take us from inspiration and hope to the lonely feeling of sitting with a manuscript that nobody wants to read.

Explain everything? I only wish I could. That sounds more like a job for NASA or for the people who actually read the Terms and Conditions before clicking "I Agree." But I'll do my best.
Hi, I'm Jacob, the editor and coordinator of our consultation and internship programs. If you'd like to discuss your writing with us, the first step is simple. Fill out the questionnaire above and tell us about your project. You don't need to upload your manuscript yet, just describe what you're working on, where you are in the process, and what you'd like to discuss.
Natalia and I will read your submission together and think carefully about the best way we can help. Within about a week, I'll get back to you by email. If we believe we're the right people for your project, I'll explain how the consultation works, what it will include, how much reading will be involved, and what the cost will be.
Our consultations start at $70. The final cost depends on the amount of reading and preparation involved. We do our best to keep our fees as reasonable as possible.
We take intellectual property seriously. Before you send us any manuscript, we'll provide a simple agreement confirming that your work remains yours and that we will never use, reproduce, or distribute it without your permission.
